About Me

Published by

I’m a security and network architect for Microsoft working in what we call an “evangelism” role. My background is extensively UNIX and Microsoft based and I work very hard at keeping up with my skillsets. I live with my family and our dog in Maryland in the Washington, D.C. metro area. I’ve recently gotten big into organic gardening as well as environmentalism.

Hi Ido, I’ve been reading your blog lately and I really appreciate your passion for environmentalism. It’s really good that a lot of people are starting to realize the problems of our planet.

If you have the time, could you visit http://www.windturbines.net and make an account there? It’s a wind energy community and I noticed that you’re also a big fan of it. 🙂

If possible could you also add the site to your BlogRoll? The site really needs your help. Thanks again!

    More power to your blog!

HI there, I was just wondering whether you’re the same person that wrote this paper for Cisco?

    http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/so/cuso/epso/sqfr/sfblu_wp.htm#wp1006956

If so, you don’t have a PDF copy of it do you by any chance that I can use and cite in a Masters Project i’m currently undertaking? The website content is a bit flaky with all the graphics missing

    Kind Regards
    Paul Mahoney

Yes, I am that author. I’ll look to see if I have a PDF of that white paper (or the original Word document). I’ve noticed that Cisco’s handling of the SAFE white papers has been a bit off. Sorry for taking so long to respond.
